Charles has a masters degree in safety and is medically retired from the Army after serving for 10 years as a solider and a drill sergeant. Safety is paramount at HIG Solutions and its starts with Charles.

Ryne received his bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture and has been in the construction industry since he was 16. Ryne has worked in all facets of site development from a laborer to a designer, an operator to a foreman to a project manager. His knowledge and experience in the landscape construction industry is extensive.
